Credentials & training

Gregory has an MBA and is a Rice University Doerr Institute for Leaders — International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Coach. He is also certified through the University of California San Diego (UCSD) mPeak Mindful Performance program, focusing on mindful sports performance.

Gregory is an experienced entrepreneur—having co-founded, grown, and sold a health and wellness product company—and an accomplished artist, with work sold around the world.

A lifelong practice

Gregory began studying Buddhism and meditation practices in 2001, traveling the world to seek wisdom and understanding from Monks, Shamans, and Priests, and immersing in the cultures and traditions of their practices. Today, he identifies simply as a practitioner and teacher of human spirituality and personal development.

How Gregory coaches

As a coach, Gregory uses the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model, along with meditation and mindfulness practices, to create a grounded, compassionate space for clarity, healing, and growth.

Gregory has worked with artists, athletes, corporate leaders, sales executives, and entrepreneurs across a variety of fields.
